Electrofusion Welding & Tools
Electrofusion tools are used to join polyethylene (PE) pipes through electrofusion fittings, with the electrofusion machine serving as the primary component. This machine supplies the electrical current needed to heat the fitting and fuse it with the pipe, while also controlling the welding time. The process is straightforward: pipes are cleaned, inserted into the fitting, and the fitting’s barcode is scanned to set the correct parameters on the machine. Once activated, the machine performs the weld, and the joint is then left to cool. These tools enable quick, efficient installation and create strong, reliable pipe connections.
Drilling Tool for Branch Saddle
These tools have been designed to drill pipes after the Electrofusion ofTapping Saddles (Ferrules) with Female SS inserts Without producing flakes or burrs, they work with pipes between 16mm and 315mm diameter having PN16 rating The tools have been designed to work specifically on Tapping saddles (Ferrules) with Female SS inserts having½",¾" or 1" BSPthreads The tool is completely adjustable for different sizes of Saddles with same size of Female SS insert

Eclipse Saw
These type of cutters are required to cutthe bigger diameter of pipe. It can be used in confined space because it can be set at the desired angle with the help of swivelling clamp for the blade. These are very easy to handle and commonly used for Pipe or wood cutting. With every forward movement of the blade, material gets sawed out from the pipe till the pipe is cut in 2 pieces. These Saws are advised for use above 125 mm to 315 mm diameter.

Hand Scrapers
The scrapers will remove the thin Oxidized layer of PE pipe ensuring no high depth scratches or cuts to the pipe. With simple operation, the scraper handle is held by 2 hands, so that the scraping or cutting edge makes 45 degrees angle to the pipe surface

Ratchet Cutters
These types of cutters are required to cut the pipe at the correct pressure, ensuring little buckling & also to ensure no irregularities in the Cut section of the pipe

Re Rounding Clamp 63-125 & 63-180 MM
These tools have been designed to reround pipe (Especially a coiled pipe that becomes elliptical after uncoiling), before Electrofusion process They work with pipes between 63 to 180 mm diameter Different diameter shells can be fitted to ring to allow the exact diameter of pipe to be re-rounded The tool is completely adjustable and easy to handle

Rotary Cutters
These type of cutters are required to cut the pipe at the correct pressure ensuring "No buckling" and also to ensure no irregularities in the Cut section of the pipe. The cutter size will get decided depending up on its use. It cannot be used in confined space because it needs to be rotated around the pipe. These are preferred to Guillotine cutters for smooth & gradual cut

Squeeze Clamps Manual 20-63 & 63-125 MM
These tools have been designed to temporarily stop the flow of gas or water in a plastic pipe, while a repair is carried out or while providing services on existing pipe. Squeeze clamps manually they squeeze the pipe down to a set amount, as defined in the Transco specification GIS/ PL2-7: 2006. To ensure the pipe is not damaged due to excessive squeezing, the tool is fitted with adjustable cam plate that can be set according to pipe diameter and SOR rating.
