Squeeze Clamps Manual 20-63 & 63-125 MM

These tools have been designed to temporarily stop the flow of gas or water in a plastic pipe, while a repair is carried out or while providing services on existing pipe. Squeeze clamps manually they squeeze the pipe down to a set amount, as defined in the Transco specification GIS/ PL2-7: 2006. To ensure the pipe is not damaged due to excessive squeezing, the tool is fitted with adjustable cam plate that can be set according to pipe diameter and SOR rating.

  • To ensure the pipe is not damaged due to excessive squeezing, the tool is fitted with adjustable cam plate that can be set according to pipe diameter and SOR rating.
  • Tools are available for 16mm to 90mm pipe, in three tool types: 16 to 32mm, 20 to 63mm & 55 to 90mm.
  • To comply with good working practices, the tools are often used in pairs (on each side of the leak), a primary & a secondary squeeze off. The first to restrict the flow & the second to stop the flow.
