Ratchet Cutters
- These type of cutters are required to cut the pipe at the correct pressure ensuring little buckling & also to ensure no irregularities in the Cut section of the pipe
- The cutter size & shape will get decided depending up on its use. If it is a confined space, these are most ideal compared to Rotary or Guillotine cutters
- These are very easy to handle & hence are very widely used
- With every step of the ratchet, the blades come nearer till the stage is reached , when the pipe is cut in 2 pieces
